50 million Americans have gym memberships with 5-10% of those people using personal trainers. But what do you do for a workout when you can't get to the gym or you can't afford to use a personal use Aaptiv which provides on-demand audio fitness classes for all types of workouts including yoga, running, strength training, cycling and several others. Aaptiv is the personal trainer in your pocket that promises to make your workouts more fun and more effective.
